All live / in-stock orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after the confirmation of your order.

We ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail with tracking confirmation numbers.

All orders over $2000 require a direct signature.

Shipping protection is an optional coverage that protects your shipment if it is lost, damaged or stolen. The cost of the coverage is $0.99 for orders up to $100. For orders over $100, a price for protection is quoted in the cart and varies depending upon your Midwest Insider program tier.

Yes! We offer in store pick ups. This option will only be offered at checkout if you're within a reasonable driving distance of our shop in Columbus, Ohio. If you select in store pick up, you will receive an additional email when your order has been transferred to the shop and is ready for pick up.

Sometimes our shop staff has to transfer your order from the warehouse, so it may not be ready right away. Please wait to receive an additional email from us indicating that your order is ready for pick-up. Be prepared to present your 'Order Confirmation' or 'Pick Up is Ready' email to claim your order in person.

Yes! Any order reaching a subtotal of $199 or more is eligible for free shipping. If you opt in for free shipping, delivery method and timing may vary.

Preorder are shipped within 1 - 3 business days of receipt of the product from the manufacturer. Manufacturers list a release date for their products, but they are subject to change at any time.

Yes. Presale orders, once paid and confirmed, are a guaranteed reservation of the product.

Payment & Return Policy

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express.

For large orders, we also accept and process wire and ACH bank transfers.

We will accept returns as long as the product is still factory sealed. Please reach out to our customer service team using chat, or submit a request on the Contact Us page. We are now shipping Midwest Insider orders valued at $150 or more in a designed double boxed shipment. Each shipment has a chance to include one winning bonus points sticker (point values of 1,000, 10,000, or 50,000). Orders are shipped in the order in which they are received. Priority Processing moves your order to the top of the queue, so it is packed and shipped before non-priority shipments. Priority processing can make a big difference for new product releases where numerous orders are being processed.

If the release day price of a product you preordered is lower than what you paid, we’re happy to provide store credit for the difference. This benefit is exclusive to Midwest Insider members and can be applied once per order. To take advantage, simply reach out to us after release day with proof of the lower release day price. Your store credit can be used toward any future order.

If you receive this benefit as part of your Midwest Insider tier, you will be allowed to purchase presale products before they are listed publicly for sale on our website.

For customers in the Super Refractor Level of the Midwest Insider program, your order will ship by the public product release date.

For customers in the One of One Level of the Midwest Insider program, you will receive your order by the public product release date.
