Midwest Cards Grading Submission Terms of Service
Payment is due at the time of submission. If additional payment is due to the grading company as a result of a graded-value upcharge, Midwest Cards will contact the customer to inform of the charge. The customer can choose to accept or decline the upcharge. The additional payment is due upon notification.
Midwest Card will prepare cards for grading. Preparation includes: Research card type and input the card into the grading submission form, wiping the card with a microfiber cloth to remove any fingerprints or superficial surface imperfections, and insert card into a penny sleeve and Card Saver.
Some submission types require a minimum total card volume. For example, PSA's Value Bulk level requires a minimum of 20 cards to be submitted. Due to this requirement, we cannot guarantee an exact submission date. We will provide an estimate at the time of card drop-off, however we cannot guarantee turnaround times as they are determined by the grading company of choice at time of arrival.
Insurance and shipping is included in all submissions.
Cards will be held at Midwest Cards for a period up to sixty (60) days following receipt of graded cards. If cards are not retrieved by customer within this period, ownership will transfer to Midwest Cards and cards will be auctioned.
