How it works

Earn points
Eligible merchandise earns a base point for each $1 after discounts, before tax and shipping. Your tier multiplies base points. Product exclusions and promotional eligibility can change an order's points.
Build your tier
Qualifying merchandise spend in the preceding 12 months determines upgrades. Once earned, a tier is reviewed after its 12-month term. A refund reduces qualifying spend and can lower your tier immediately.
Choose a reward
When points redemption is available, exchange eligible points for a fixed amount of store credit. Review the reward in your account before confirming. Store credit use at checkout is currently unavailable on this site.

When does my tier change?
Qualifying purchases can move you to a higher tier. Earned tiers have a 12-month review term; refunds can lower qualifying spend and your tier sooner. Your account shows a review date only when one is confirmed.
Can I see my points history?
Your signed-in account shows your verified balance and tier when available. A detailed points activity history is not available here yet.
What if I have a question about an earlier benefit?
Contact our team with your order details for help with existing credit, gift cards or a benefit promised on an earlier order.
