How it works

Earn points
Sign in to earn. Eligible orders placed while you're signed in earn a base point for each $1 of merchandise after discounts, before tax and shipping. Guest checkouts don't earn points. Your tier multiplies base points. Product exclusions and promotional eligibility can change an order's points.
Build your tier
Your VIP tier carries over from your Midwest Insider history. While we rebuild tier reviews on our new site, tiers are frozen: purchases and refunds don’t move your tier up or down for now, and your tier’s rate still multiplies base points.
Choose a reward
When points redemption is available, exchange eligible points for a fixed amount of store credit. Review the reward in your account before confirming. Store credit use at checkout is currently unavailable on this site.

When does my tier change?
For now, it doesn’t. Your VIP tier carries over from your Midwest Insider history and stays as shown while we rebuild tier reviews. Purchases and refunds don’t move it up or down until reviews resume.
Can I see my points history?
Your signed-in account shows your verified balance and tier when available. A detailed points activity history is not available here yet.
What if I have a question about an earlier benefit?
Contact our team with your order details for help with existing credit, gift cards or a benefit promised on an earlier order.
