- 1998 SP Top Prospects by Upper Deck was a hobby only release featuring the top prospects in baseball at the time. The set contains 126 cards, two insert sets, and a 27 card autograph set. All of the cards in the product except the autographs come in a President’s Edition Die-Cut parallel which are hand numbered to 10 copies.
